利用規約
本利用規約は、Libra（以下「当方」といいます）が提供するブランディング、撮影、デザイン、Web制作、プロデュース等のサービスをご利用いただく際の条件を定めるものです。
ご依頼前に必ずご確認ください。
1. サービス内容について
当方は、ブランディング、撮影、デザイン、Web制作、文章作成、ビジュアルディレクション、プロデュース等のサービスを提供します。
具体的な制作内容、納品物、料金、スケジュールは、ご相談内容に応じて個別にご提案いたします。
2. ご依頼について
お問い合わせ後、ヒアリングを行い、必要な制作内容や進行方法をご提案いたします。
正式なお見積もり・内容にご同意いただいた時点で、ご依頼確定となります。
内容、スケジュール、当方の判断により、ご依頼をお受けできない場合がございます。
3. 料金・お支払いについて
料金は、制作範囲、撮影の有無、納品物、進行期間等により異なります。
お支払い方法、支払い時期については、ご依頼内容に応じて個別にご案内いたします。
期日までにお支払いが確認できない場合、制作の開始または進行を停止する場合があります。
4. 修正について
制作物の修正は、事前に定めた範囲内で対応いたします。
大幅な方向性の変更、追加制作、納品後の修正については、別途料金が発生する場合があります。
5. 納品について
納品方法、納品形式、納品時期は、ご依頼内容に応じて事前にご案内いたします。
納品後 のデータ管理は、お客様ご自身でお願いいたします。
6. 著作権・使用範囲について
制作した写真、デザイン、文章、Web構成、その他制作物の著作権は、原則として当方または制作者に帰属します。
お客様は、ご依頼時に確認した範囲内で制作物をご使用いただけます。
無断転載、二次配布、改変、第三者への譲渡はご遠慮ください。
7. 実績掲載について
制作した写真、デザイン、Webサイト、制作過程等は、当方のホームページ、SNS、ポートフォリオに実績として掲載させていただく場合があります。
掲載不可をご希望の場合は、ご依頼時にお知らせください。
8. 禁止事項
お客様は、以下の行為を行わないものとします。

虚偽の情報を提供する行為

第三者の権利を侵害する行為

制作物を無断で転載・転売・再配布する行為

当方または第三者に損害を与える行為

公序良俗に反する行為
9. 免責事項
当方は、制作物の公開後に発生したトラブル、損害、第三者との問題について責任を負いかねます。
また、ブランディング、デザイン、Web制作、SNS活用等による集客、売上、成果を保証するものではありません。
10. 規約の変更について
本規約は、必要に応じて変更する場合があります。
変更後の内容は、当サイトに掲載された時点で有効となります。

A project will be confirmed once you agree to the estimate and project details.
We may decline a request depending on the content, schedule, or our discretion.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees vary depending on the project scope, photography requirements, deliverables, and production period.
Payment methods and timing will be provided individually according to the project details.
If payment is not confirmed by the due date, we may suspend or postpone the start or continuation of the project.
4. Revisions
Revisions will be handled within the scope agreed upon in advance.
Major changes in direction, additional deliverables, or revisions after delivery may incur additional fees.
5. Delivery
Delivery method, file format, and delivery schedule will be provided in advance based on the project details.
Clients are responsible for managing delivered data after delivery.
6. Copyright and Usage Rights
Copyrights for photos, designs, written content, web structures, and other creative works generally belong to us or the creator.
Clients may use the deliverables within the scope agreed upon at the time of the project.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, resale, or transfer to third parties is prohibited.
7. Portfolio Use
We may showcase completed photos, designs, websites, and production processes on our website, social media, or portfolio.
Please inform us in advance if you do not wish for your project to be featured.
8. Prohibited Actions
Clients must not engage in the following actions:

9. Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any problems, damages, or disputes with third parties that occur after the deliverables are published or used.
We do not guarantee specific results, sales, customer acquisition, or business outcomes through branding, design, web production, or social media use.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
Any changes will become effective when posted on this website.
