お支払い時期
ご依頼内容に応じて、事前決済、分割決済、または個別に定めた期日までのお支払いをお願いいたします。
サービス提供時期
お支払い確認後、またはご契約確定後、個別にご案内するスケジュールに沿ってサービスを提供いたします。
キャンセル・返金について
ご依頼確定後および制作開始後のお客様都合によるキャンセル・返金は、原則としてお受けできません。

納品について
