キャンセルポリシー
Libraでは、撮影、打ち合わせ、制作準備を円滑に進めるため、以下のキャンセルポリシーを定めています。
ご依頼前に必ずご確認ください。
1. 日程変更について
打ち合わせ、撮影、ヒアリングの日程変更をご希望の場合は、できるだけ早めにご連絡ください。
可能な限り調整いたしますが、スケジュールや内容によってはご希望に添えない場合がございます。
2. キャンセルについて
ご依頼確定後のお客様都合によるキャンセルは、進行状況に応じてキャンセル料が発生する場合があります。
お振込後は、ヒアリング、企画、準備、撮影手配、デザイン作業等が進行しているため、原則として返金はできません。
3. 撮影・対面打ち合わせのキャンセル
撮影や対面打ち合わせについて、直前の日程変更・キャンセルが発生した場合、会場費、交通費、準備費、人件費等を含むキャンセル料を頂戴する場合があります。
4. 無断キャンセルについて
無断キャンセルの場合、今後のご依頼をお受けできない場合があります。
また、進行済みの作業に対する費用を請求させていただく場合があります。
5. 当方都合による変更・中止
やむを得ない事情により、当方から日程変更または中止をお願いする場合があります。
その場合は、できる限り速やかにご連絡し、代替日程等をご提案いたします。
6. 天候・災害・体調不良等による変更
屋外撮影、災害、交通機関の乱れ、体調不良、その他やむを得ない事情がある場合は、双方協議のうえ、日程変更等を行う場合があります。
Libra has established the following Cancellation Policy to ensure smooth progress for consultations, photography sessions, and creative production.
Please read this policy carefully before confirming a project.
1. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a consultation, photography session, or meeting, please contact us as early as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but availability may depend on the schedule and project details.
2. Cancellation
If a project is cancelled due to the client’s circumstances after confirmation, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the progress of the project.
After production has started, refunds are generally not available because consultation, planning, preparation, photography arrangements, and design work may already be in progress.
3. Photography and In-Person Meeting Cancellations
For photography sessions or in-person meetings, last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may incur cancellation fees, including venue fees, transportation costs, preparation costs, and labor costs.
4. No-Show
In the case of a no-show without prior notice, we may decline future requests.
We may also charge fees for work that has already been completed or prepared.
5. Changes or Cancellation by Us
In unavoidable circumstances, we may request to reschedule or cancel a project or appointment.
In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible and propose alternative dates when available.
6. Weather, Emergencies, or Health Conditions
For outdoor photography, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, health issues, or other unavoidable circumstances, both parties may discuss and arrange rescheduling as necessary.
