Refund Policy
返金ポリシー
Libraでは、サービスの性質上、ご依頼確定後および制作開始後の返金について、以下の通り定めています。
1. 返金について
ご依頼確定後、お客様都合によるキャンセル・返金は原則としてお受けできません。
特に、ヒアリング、企画、構成作成、撮影準備、デザイン制作、Web制作等が開始された後は、作業時間や準備費用が発生しているため、返金対象外となります。
2. 制作開始前のキャンセル
制作開始前であり、かつ当方に準備費用や外部費用が発生していない場合に限り、返金について個別に協議いたします。
返金が発生する場合でも、振込手数料等はお客様負担となる場合があります。
3. 制作開始後の返金
制作開始後の返金は、原則としてお受けできません。
制作開始には、ヒアリング、リサーチ、コンセプト設計、撮影準備、デザイン作業、Web構成作成等を含みます。
4. 納品後の返金
納品後の返金はお受けできません。
納品物に不備がある場合は、事前に定めた修正範囲内で対応いたします。
5. 当方都合による中止
当方の都合によりサービス提供が困難となった場合は、進行状況に応じて返金または代替対応を協議いたします。
6. 成果に関する返金について
ブランディング、撮影、デザイン、Web制作、SNS活用等のサービスは、特定の集客、売上、成果を保証するものではありません。
成果が出なかったことを理由とする返金はお受けできません。
Due to the nature of Libra’s services, the following Refund Policy applies after a project has been confirmed or production has begun.
1. Refunds
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations or refunds due to the client’s circumstances after a project has been confirmed.
Once consultations, planning, structure creation, photography preparation, design work, or web production have begun, refunds are not available because time and preparation costs have already been incurred.
2. Cancellation Before Production Begins
If production has not yet started and no preparation costs or external costs have been incurred, we may discuss a refund on a case-by-case basis.
If a refund is issued, bank transfer fees or other transaction fees may be deducted or borne by the client.
3. Refunds After Production Begins
Refunds are generally not available after production has begun.
Production includes consultations, research, concept development, photography preparation, design work, and web structure creation.
4. Refunds After Delivery
Refunds are not available after delivery.
If there are issues with the deliverables, we will respond within the revision scope agreed upon in advance.
5. Cancellation by Us
If we are unable to provide the service due to our circumstances, we will discuss a refund or alternative response according to the progress of the project.
6. Results and Outcomes
Branding, photography, design, web production, and social media-related services do not guarantee specific customer acquisition, sales, or business results.
Refunds will not be provided on the basis of results or outcomes not being achieved.
